Andrew Thompson’s Triple Eight Race Engineering Fujitsu Series entry will hit the track in a week sporting two new sponsors from Queensland Raceway onwards.

The current points-leader’s car will run with the backing of Australian companies Miracle Recreation Equipment and Key Produce at the Coates Hire 300 and the three remaining rounds.

Miracle Recreation Equipment is a family owned and operated business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of playground and recreation equipment and has been servicing the Australian and International market for over 25 years.

Their logo will adorn the headlights, lower front windscreen band, lower bumper, wing endplate and rear bootlid on Thompson’s #80 Commodore.

Miracle Recreation Equipment Managing Director, Jeff Grubisa said the company was proud to partner with the leading Fujitsu Series entry.

Grubisa quotes.” We are excited to be involved with Thompson and the Fujitsu series, this brings a new level of support into our Motorsport deals and we look forward to seeing our banner displayed on Thompsons leading car. Currently we support Steven Lines in World Series Sprint Cars, Bryce Moore in F3 and Richard Bloomfield in the Radical Cup so teaming up with Triple Eight Race Engineering will add to the excitement”

Key Produce, a West Australian fruit and vegetable wholesaler that is managed by Grubisa, will take up occupancy on the mirrors of the car, joining existing sponsors Monster Energy, GearWrench and Ogio.

Thompson currently leads the Fujitsu Series by 114 points over Jack Perkins.

The Coates Hire 300 at Queensland Raceway is the home race for the Brisbane-based team who are campaigning their first entry in the second-tier series since joining V8 Supercars in 2003.
